In person is not effective if it is something you keep trying and not being effective. Working with a specialist is a game changer in my opinion.

I often get asked why I no longer see clients in person. The truth is—virtual therapy works better for the people I help. Here’s why:

  • Life is Busy

    • As a parent, I know how overwhelming schedules can be.

    • Families save time and can easily fit therapy into their week.

  • Families Are More Involved

    • Instead of waiting in a lobby, parents can sit beside their child.

    • Caregivers see the strategies in action and practice them in real time.

    • This builds confidence at home and makes therapy more effective.

  • It Truly Works

I’ve seen preschoolers, teens, and adults all make strong progress online.

    • Clients feel more comfortable at home, and interactive tools keep them engaged.

    • Research supports it—and my experience confirms it.

  • Greater Access for More Families

    • Virtual therapy allows me to work with people across New York and beyond.

    • Families who may not have had access before can now connect with me.

    • This means more individuals can receive the specialized help they need.
